Loaded with superfoods like: Cabbage Carrots Bell peppers Scallions Garlic Ginger Almonds Cilantro Olive oil It’s really hard to mess this one up. I just love peanut butter so much that my sauce has quite a bit of it in there. Did you know that there was a study that showed women who…

I loaded it in extra veggies for a boost of vitamins and minerals, grass fed and finished beef for protein and B vitamins and our favorite gluten free cornbread mix for fun. I enjoyed my slice of tamale pie drizzled with honey, but the…

The Best Chocolate Avocado Frosting (GF/DF/V/Paleo/AIP)

This is the best chocolate avocado frosting on the planet. Featured here in my chocolate peanut butter Nutsola tart, but also delicious pipped inside fruit or straight out of a bowl with a spoon (not that I’m speaking from experience.) It took me a long time to make this. I kept thinking it would taste like avocado but you actually can’t taste the avocado at all!! The rich chocolately cacao powder takes over. The avocado makes it creamy. The coconut oil adds a bit of silk and shine. And the agave syrup and vanilla powder give it that true frosting sweetness. Health Benefits of Avocados We all know avocados are healthy. But why?…
