    These double chocolate protein donuts are so east to make, my 7 year old made them by herself. Twice! Because apparently 6 donuts isn’t enough for a family of four. LOL! These donuts are an almond flour base, loaded in healthy fats like coconut oil and have a fun protein packed addition: Vanilla protein powder. This make each donut have about 10 grams of blood stabilizing protein. A much better choice than your typical sugar and industrialized seed oil loaded donut shop donut.     The Best Chocolate Avocado Frosting (GF/DF/V/Paleo/AIP)

    This is the best chocolate avocado frosting on the planet. Featured here in my chocolate peanut butter Nutsola tart, but also delicious pipped inside fruit or straight out of a bowl with a spoon (not that I’m speaking from experience.) It took me a long time to make this. I kept thinking it would taste like avocado but you actually can’t taste the avocado at all!! The rich chocolately cacao powder takes over.     This recipe set my food processor on fire (whoopsie!) but it was totally worth it. This incredible Paleo Gingerbread Icebox Fudge has a rich gingerbread flavor, a chocolate ganache topping, and is loaded in healthy prebiotics. Did I mention it’s a no bake recipe and only takes about 10 minutes to whip up? Store these little squares in the freezer and pull one out when you want a treat. Easy peasy.     When we ran out of cookies for Santa on Christmas Eve (whoopsie!) I whipped up these super simple but incredibly delicious chocolate almond cherry clusters in 5 minutes flat. In fact, I made so many I ended up giving some away as gifts on Christmas Day. Paleo and Vegan Chocolate If you are paleo, be sure to use dark chocoate as your base. I used Guittard Akoma Organic Extra Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips which contain 55% cacao and no dairy.     5 Minute Peanut Butter Caramel Sauce (GF/DF/V)

    It’s no surprise to anyone that I love peanut butter. It’s really one of my favorite things on the planet. No, it’s not technically paleo because it’s a legume but I really don’t care. It’s delicious! The best part is, this peanut butter caramel sauce only has 3 ingredients and takes about 5 minutes to make!
