Do you like camping? Oh how I love camping. I love sitting by the bonfire, toasting marshmallows and singing songs or telling stories. I love hiking and exploring in nature. I love listening to the bugs at night. But mostly, I love S’mores.
So when my husband and I were planning a camping trip for our family, I was determined to recreate a healthy version of this childhood favorite.
And boy does this not disappoint!

Now, of course you could also use it on your favorite gluten free graham cracker but these add a special nutty chewy texture to them that are out of this world!!
