    Gluten Free Apple Cider Donuts (GF)

    Today is the first official day of fall and to celebrate I made a bit batch of gluten free apple cider donuts! I also diffused cinnamon and clove essential oil all day, decorated the house with pumpkins, and wore sweats even though it’s still 90 degrees. These donuts have a mildly sweet apple flavor. For a more concentrated flavor of apple, I recommend doubling the apple cider in the recipe to 2c and boiling it down to 1 cup and cooling before using (this will increase the sugar content of the donut but will also give it a stronger apple flavor).     Gluten Free Raspberry Jelly Donuts (GF)

    Oh boy. Here they are. The best baked gluten free donuts in creation. My favorite donut as a kid was jelly filled. I haven’t had a real donut in over a decade but the memories are STRONG let me tell you. So when I bought my donut pan, my daughter and I set out on a mission to make a delicious raspberry jelly donut. And this recipe does not disappoint. In fact, it might be one of my favorites EVER.     Paleo Pumpkin Spice Donuts (GF/DF/Paleo)

    It’s down to 98 degrees this September and in Arizona that means it’s officially fall!! Time to bust out the fall decor and start making pumpkin spice everything! Who’s with me?!?!
